Tim Sickles, PE | Staff Engineer

Tim is a civil engineer with a background in water resources and land development and a focus on project management, stormwater, and site design. Tim has worked on a wide range of development and roadway projects from early conceptual design through construction and managed design and construction on both small- and large-scale commercial and residential development projects. Through his career, Tim has worked with many agencies at the local, state, and federal levels, gaining an understanding of the various permitting processes. Tim’s background has provided him with a solid foundation in civil engineering, and he looks forward to utilizing his skills and experience to provide cost-effective, long-term solutions in stream restoration designs. In addition to Tim’s engineering work, he is an avid fly angler who spends days on rivers and streams every year. His time on the water has helped inform his understanding of river processes and bolstered his knowledge of what makes quality fish habitat. Tim is proficient in AutoCad Civil3D, ArcGIS, and hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.

In his free time, Tim can usually be found somewhere enjoying the outdoors, whether it be fishing, hunting, backpacking, skiing, mountain biking, or rafting.
