Haley Lucas, EIT – Staff Engineer

Based in Flagstaff, Arizona, Haley brings a background in land conservation, freshwater ecology, and civil engineering to her work at Rio ASE. She holds degrees in Environmental Science and Freshwater Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and Milwaukee, grounding her technical expertise in both ecosystem function and applied engineering.

Prior to joining Rio ASE, Haley worked in land and water conservation and civil engineering roles where she led ecological surveys, designed site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and collaborated with farmers, NGOs, and federal agencies on restoration and conservation projects. Her experience spans river and watershed restoration, habitat assessment, and the integration of ecological principles into civil design.
